Orders

Where do I see my orders?

Sign in and open My Orders. Every order — pending, shipped, delivered, returned — is there with its current status and tracking link.

How do I track a shipment?

Open the order in My Orders. The Track shipment button takes you straight to the courier's tracking page for the parcel.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, while the order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once it moves to Processing or Shipped, you'll need to use the returns flow instead.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we ship. Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) is enabled when the option appears at checkout.

I was charged but didn't see an order — what now?

Refresh My Orders after a minute. If still missing, reply on contact with the payment reference and we'll trace it.

Shipping & delivery

See our shipping policy for processing times, delivery windows, and shipping charges. Standard delivery within India is typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Returns & refunds

How do I request a return?

On a delivered order in My Orders, click Request return. Tell us the reason. Once the seller approves and we receive the item back, the refund is processed to the original payment method (or as a manual transfer for COD).

Custom / personalised items — these can't be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Account & sign-in

I forgot my password.

Use forgot password. We'll email a reset link. Check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes.

I signed up with Google — can I also set a password?

Yes. Sign in with Google, then use forgot password with the same email to set one.

How do I become a seller?

Visit Sell on HandyCraftz, submit your application, and we'll review within 2–3 business days.
