7-day returns

If something isn't right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

What can't be returned

• Custom or made-to-order pieces, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
• Perishable goods and personal-care items, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. To start a return, visit your orders or contact us.
